I have several cell phones and tablets with 4g service. I know throwing them on airplane mode and then reconnecting to the tower tends to refresh the IP, but is there a way to automate CTR related tasks? I thought about using teamviewer with AutoIT on my PC, but wanted to see if anyone else knew of a solution.

You can make multiple 4G Proxies. There are some dongles you can buy.
Connect with your PC -> Write a Tool for automation -> Run it and rotate your proxies
There are some done sites, which can manipulate CTR. It´s expensive and only worth if you´re already in top 5.
CTR Manipulation is very short timed. When you stop you drop.
That´s why i´m not manipulating CTR anymore. Feel free to try yourself.
Increase slowly, not from 1% CTR to 90% also check your bounce rate and improve it slowly.
