I got a review copy and it took roughly 7 days for the report to be delivered.
For the amount of links and content that was created, I think 7 days js really fast.
The report came in a sheet file with different columns according to the type of links. There are about 10 different types of links;

I was lucky enough to receive a review copy from OP.
I was presented the links in a Google Sheet form, and by first looks, there's a lot.
Additionally there are 96x tier 2 links within the package, nice touch.
Throughout my checks, I noticed a lot of them, if not all haven't been indexed. I assume this is down to Googles indexation issues recently, but perhaps running some kind of indexation service could help?
Aside from that, the package looks good for a foundational one, exactly what you would expect and good for a starter site to add some diversification.

I got the KRATOS $160 package as a free review copy.
The whole package was delivered with all the content in it as expected, and it is a lot of links, all the logins/passwords needed was there to.
The articles was semi-readable and on par with what to expect. Links with keywords in the articles was not smoothly included in the text, but written separate after the text. Should be included in the sentence instead.
Overall, a huge pack of links, it will be interesting to see if it affects the ranking of the targeted website. Links where a mix of targeted/semi targeted niche links.
A good foundation package for spreading out the links.
