Auto Social Poster Question

Hello All,

Does anyone here use Auto Social Poster for WP regularly? If so, I am in need of some advice... Why aren?t the confirmation emails being sent to me? I have entered all of the necessary information, and it has yet to work properly.

Does someone have the instructions or manual? I must be missing something with the tags? Would anyone mind posting a simple tutorial?

Sorry for the n00b question but I am in need of this info ☺

I have it working on about a dozen different servers. Seems to do okay, although I don't always get the submission reports.

Have you checked to make sure your default email settings for your WP install are correct?

Seems like a really cool tool for blogging.

I installed and made several posts, but I haven't been getting any email confirmation.

I set it to submit to only 6 sites at a time, so, I cannot check all the sites whether the
post is made or not.

Auto Social Poster is great. Set up once and get easy backlinks to every future post.

if you have a paid blog on wordpress.com then you can upload thi plugin but if you use ther free blog then that would be ueless for you.

Question. I have auto social poster and socialize it pro. Both use some of the same social sites. Which one do I use the logins for, auto social poster or socialize it pro. Or can I use them both which will mean my blog post will be bookmarked twice.

Any suggestions.

well i only used auto social poster and i know that it uses logins.

I would only use one or the other. I've gotten good results with Auto Social Poster and the links it builds show up in Webmaster tools which means they're counting. Some of the sites don't like it, like Connotea and Furl but you can get at least 10 solid backlinks per post without lifting a finger by running it for a while and sorting the winner sites from the losers.

If you want to try running both plugins, you definitely should at least use different logins but will run the risk of being labeled a spammer due to the IP address and the fact that there are two bookmarks to the same blog posts from the same accounts.
