This is Strange. Call Extension

Hello everyone hope you are doing well.
I am facing a strange issue with 2 of my google ads account. From the last 3 years, my call extension was getting impressions and suddenly it stopped I don't know what happened is there anyone else whos facing the same issue. I tried to change the number but still no impression. is it some kind of bug? I have multiple accounts and all of them are getting impressions except these 2 accounts.

Did you verify it's not rejected? Do you still get mobile impressions? Changed bidding strategy? Do you report conversions from it to your Google Ads account?

no its not rejected. and as i said I was getting impression for the last 3 years. never faced this kind of issue.

The fact that you used to get impressions and now you've stopped is the reason we're having this discussion right now.
Any of the things I mentioned can cause your extension to stop showing up. If it's not any of these we can keep looking further.

i am not asking for any help just wanted to check if it's me whos facing this issue or others also. i will find the solution by myself I like challenges . because that's how you learn.
