Impressions & Reach down?

No help but yes I've seen reach is massively down for static posts. My guess is because they are continuing to shove reels down our throats so start there. Also, my guess is it may be down while they start adding or switching back to a chronological timeline.
If it helps I have still been using hashtags on smaller accounts and seeing results (make sure to use smaller hashtags <500k to rank)

can you explain more on the hashtags on smaller accounts? I'm still quite confused with <500k
Sure! I realize that wasn't super clear.
Basically use hashtags that have less than 500,000 posts. I even try to include hashtags with less than 250,000 and 100,000. Otherwise, there are too many posts and it is unlikely that people will discover your content.
I believe something similar is referred to as a skyscraper hashtag strategy. So try to use as many super nice, targeted hashtags as you can and fewer larger hashtags to vary it.

It's pretty much the same situation as with the organic ranking on Google, algorithms have changed and there were some shifting or different policies. For social media, this is even more noticeable, as they want to force you in some way to pay ads and make paid campaigns to get better reach and impression, so they don't give you the opportunity to achieve this organically on purpose. Not many remedies for this, I noticed that if I invest some money at least into boosting some posts, I get a slightly better reach even for those posts that aren't advertised, as I guess they want to see you are paying them something.
