You can buy some, but ensure that they are of good quality with a guarantee in the event of a fall. There are several good sellers in the market on BHW. You can buy subscribers and watch time, but finding sellers that sell high quality subscribers can be difficult. Check many sellers on the marketplace.

If the engagements (views, subscribers, comments, etc) are detected by their algorithms as bot generated, then such subscribers, views, comments will drop and too many such instances do result in channels getting penalized.
NOTE : Good quality bot generated engagements may not all be detected as bot generated (by algorithms).

As per my understanding, YT algorithm is one of the fastest ever evolving platform. It seems to be simple yet difficult to understand how algorithm actually works on fake engagement.

My advice: Avoid fake engagement, if possible.
Instead if you want to still try it: Don't buy subs alone. Also buy some "views & watch time" and make sure to maintain some logical relation b/w "views - watch time - subs", so that it looks real to some extent.

Why can't you run google ads for a week to get the real subscribers? That is many times better than buying fake subscribers. Fake subscribers are useless, they won't give you any revenue in the future and you may have to continuously fear of loosing the channel if YT finds any abnormal activities.

If you want only to complete to 1000 and its something like 5-10% max(50-100sub) MAYBE then its ok. But if both are fake subs+ W/time then ur channel is pretty much dead in the water.
Yt algo wants to see a good percent of sub engagement each time you post so if you have mainly fake subs your video will stay dormant until algo will push them again to a general audience.
Sub watch time is the 1st pusher for you to have any kind of views velocity for your video to even rank somewhere for the chosen Keywords. So calculate and add the percent of fake/nonengaging subs to that.
I would better spend my money to real ones as @nnasika said.

Yes, usually people buy subscribers and those are proxies, vpns or bots, to make it more credible they change the location and you can monetize your channel of course. Being discovered will depend on the interactions you have.

Yeah, you can buy them and watch hours as well as YouTube usually doesn't look to see if they're legit or not. The good panels will provide you real subscribers so that it looks real to YouTube anyways.

The only thing that you have to worry about with the review process is the content itself.

If you have the money bypass all of that just buy a monetized channel unless you already have a channel that's growing nicely.
