I'm having a problem with facebook ads?

Hello, I'm working with local ads for a cafeteria here in my city, yesterday (02/28), facebook says that 11 people got in touch with them via ads, but my client, the owner of the cafeteria, claims that no one called them on whatsapp yesterday, does anyone know wtf is going on? is he lying to me or is facebook bugged?

I didnt know facebook was able to track whatsapp calls also. Well they own it but still. Well if they can shouldent you test it first with yourself to know the accuracy of it?

Those are real conversations, you can ask your client if they are checking the done conversations because that usually happens with my facebook advertisement, people send me messages and usually that conversion goes to done or spam, see picture attached.
Ask the person to check on the filter and check the spam and done folder.
Or speak directly with a facebook customer service for more details
