yes am using my own content but others use viral videos that are not claimed by video rights manager.

you can find out if you're page is eligible on desktop. Go to your page > Creator studio > Scroll down > Monetization > you should see a tab called "bonuses" and that will be the reels page. You can also check all your pages eligibility.

Since reels is now open more to the public i honestly don't know if theyre still inviting people. But before all that was required was 1k+ plays on a short video

Yes i help with monetizing pages from yellow to green to enable ON DEMAND ADS & IN STREAM ADS , Just not bonuses since it is invite only.

This involves deleting all your unoriginal content.

update: Currently going up $100 USD per hour. RPM gets lower the higher views you go up. I noticed it once i surpassed 3m views.

i believe it means you're not eligible for the BONUS reels but you're approved to earn from regular reels. The BONUS program is just extra $$ for views.
