Does anyone know of a video generator

that keeps the same background but replaces an image with another?

veed dot io : You can replace your background with a blank screen, a photo, a slide, and even add animated effects to it. But, in order to do that the video should have been filmed with a green screen background. There are lots of such softwares, but all of them need video to be filmed with a green (sometimes blue) screen background, in order to replace background with a photo, etc.
NOTE : "replace an image with another" : I'm not too sure about that part, perhaps veed dot io could do that, please check.

The majority of todays modern video editors can do this. VSDC is free, and a batch editor, I would suggest that.
