It is not sent separately, you need to download it from within Scrapebox.

Login to Scrapebox > click on "Premium Plugins" and goto "Available Premium Plugins" in the top menu > Double click on "Article Scraper" > Once done, it should show up under "Premium Plugins" directly. Click on it and start using it.

How long has it been since you made the purchase? It can take some time for activation.

If it has been quite some time, then visit http://www.scrapebox.com/contact-us and open a support ticket with the "Sales & Licensing" department.

Be sure to use the same email as your PayPal.

Not sure of the timeline, but give it a few hours before you open a ticket with the above link.

Did you end up getting this figured out? Sometimes their support gets a little backed up. They have a large amount of active subscriptions.
