I have a blog with DA10 and traffic 1000+, I am not growing in traffic but I am doing blog posts just. How can I start link building shortly? Any guidance or course you recommend?

I have more coming too. I'm writing one today on anchor text usage.
Next one will be about how to do on page in 2022 through user intent understanding and looking at your competitors. Instructions for both longtails/easy keywords and ultra hard broads with excel spreadsheet templates for the analysis of the broads.
After that the follow up to my siloing guides showing what actually works in 2022, because it's not really siloing anymore.

If your site is pretty new you should start slowly with your link-building strategies and not add them too much just in the beginning, as it won't get you good results. You can start with some link banners from other reliable sources online that you can host on your site, you can exchange links in the footer or some other sections on the site with other sites that are similar to yours and that operate in similar niches, you can try writing some guest posts, and so on. These tactics could be a good starting point in your case.
