I'm sorry, but you made it clear - it's not worth spending time on this type of stuff and it would be more profitable selling the idea of micro-niche sites to people than building them for yourself, which you have exactly done.
The business of ranking websites and turning them into money is shit. It's a fairytale of links sellers and for people doing that, it's just a money sink.

For anyone trying to discuss with me, your monthly expenses will be way higher than your income. Keep in mind common costs:

• around 20% income tax,
• obligatory health insurance - for me that would be $600 every month,
• links that must be purchased on weekly basis,
• content that must be written on daily basis.

On top of everything, you won't be profitable for the first 12 months.
As a content writer, you can make $200 per day easily with decent writing skills.
If you put it on your blog website instead, you're investing $73000. Double that amount to rank with links.

Imagine going to work and for the first 3 years, you have to borrow money to survive. I would kill myself.

That's about $100k of costs to start a single website if you consider your opportunity costs. You have to consider updating it and a high chance of failure because your venture is based on pure speculation. Good luck.

Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean that it's a shit business. At MotionInvest I see every day 2-3 new sites listed for sale, not to mention big boys like Flippa or Empire Flippers where dozens of new content sites are listed daily.
So, it means that this business works like charm for people that know how to do it.

Keep in mind common costs

In order to cover your costs, you will have to work and you can build one website as a side hustle. Won't need more than 1-2 hours per day to make that site successful.
