I have a suspicion it's Malwarebytes, but what's next, asking confirmation that I clicked the mouse button? how fukin retarded they think their users are... nevermind

You have the "Browser Guard" extension.

Goto settings, you'll see a bunch of check marks for protection. Disable the button next to "scams". And the above clipboard notification will go away.
