Is paypal really the only payment method? you should add more because i dont have a PP account so i had to ask my friend to pay with his for my first order today.
There should be an option to pay via CC aswell because on the PP checkout you cant ,it shows you need the account.

Hi, PayPal is all we use I'm afraid. However, people can pay without a PayPal account, just click on "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" button right when it it takes you to PayPal. You'll be able to use your card without a PayPal account. See attached.

Just placed a comment order, how long do they typically take to be completed?

It depends what setting you use. "Within 3 Days" would mean it will be spread over 3 days.
