Infected with Silent miner on PC

Hello, i think my PC is infected with silent miner, that is not so silent at some times...

Basically my pc cpu usage goes to ~100% when im afk aswell sometimes while im not afk but as soon

as i turn on my task manager to inspect whats going on the cpu usage, it normalizes.

I scanned my pc with avada and malwarebytes and it says my PC is clean... I dont feel like it, what can i do to check if someone is mining on my PC?

Boot into safe mode. Scan PC

You should be doing a complete wipe and install, not just installing over windows. Check to make sure any of the programs you reinstall aren't infected as well.

What do you mean wipe? Like format drives?

If your having problems with the issue coming back then yes that would be the next step. Wipe the HDD. If you are worried it's somewhere else on your board like your memory (which is highly unlikely) just turn the computer off for 24 hours first.

Before one does a clean reinstall of Windows, one must backup any important data into an external storage device to restore later.
HOWEVER, depending on how the data backup is done, the data backup may include existing malware files and hence restoring the backed up data may reinfect the computer again !!! Bear that in mind and hence manually back up only your known & identified data such as docs, photos, etc.
Before any reinstall of Windows, you may try Malwarebytes (in free version) https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/riskware-bitcoinminer/ to remove such malicious cryptojacking malware. Not all malware can be detected by all anti-malware tools, but Malwarebytes is one of the best for that, if you wish, please give it a try.
