My new youtube channel is terminated by youtube. I was uploading previous content from my older channel to new channel. From older channel deleted and then was posting on new one. Is this was spamming?

Yt most definitely keeps some form of ID on uploaded youtube videos or other ways to track so you might want to rerender them and upload. Btw why you doing this ?

I don't think they terminated you because of duplicate content. I assume it was the content of your videos itself.

Yes, it is considered spamming, especially if your older channel is banned.

Why did they terminate the first channel ? If there was problem with content and that is why it was terminated , then new channel will also get terminated.
