No, this does not work anymore.
What will work really well is this: get hold of a random email list. Does not have to be targeted or anything. Just emails. Copy 1000 or so and paste in the invite friends to join facebook box. Then create a message that says something like : hey , i finally found you ! How have you been? Come and join me on facebook. Then send. I have gained like 400+ friends a day via this method per account.

If you really cant find any email lists , then log into ur cpa accounts and download one of the suppression lists . Or if you are really desperate PM me.

I've been using the "get friends" app with no problems so far, turned over 200 in a few hours of sitting around waiting. Probably many more to come when I next log in.

A good trick is to join all the "mafia wars" and "mob wars" groups and post a big "ADDD MEEEEE" message. You'll get hundreds of adds from people asking to play mob wars, just ignore the application requests. Theres also a few "add me" groups that work. Use a picture of a hot girl and leave ditzy, blonde and provocative comments on guys walls. I get lots of adds from randomers with mutual friends.

EDIT: Just hit exactly 300 friends, and facebook is yet to rear it's ugly head

Its a wide range, but using the sexy female pictures- not TOO brazen, leave them wanting more, I get A LOT of young men 18-30. From filtering my friend list I can single out a particular market. My logic with the wide range is that there will be diamonds in the rough.

FB only allows a 5k maximum friends list for a profile. Once it is maxed out you will have to start other profiles. OR you could just start a FB "PAGE" where the amount of friends you can garner is endless. PM me if you need help.

This is my question to every one, considering how big FB is WW..

how can you control that the ppl you add is geotargeted? main reason being that if you are going to cloak some affilaite links you have to ensure the offer is applicable to the country. Would you just add users within the same country so you still profit from that traffic?

any suggestions?

yea but if u've noticed when you play games adding too many people puts you on a sandbox sorta like google sandbox.....i tried brand new account, mass invited like a list of 1000 people next day i got 1 friend request

I've been doing this for a while and getting about 300-400 people a day consistently. It seems like I'm getting that error now, funny thing is I figured people would know about this by now.

I would take e-mail lists that I've gotten and grab about 3000 e-mail accounts out of it and id get atleast 1500 invites easily out of it.
