Is VPN and Freelancing okay in Germany ?

Hello, i am new in Germany and my visa did not allow me to have freelancing jobs, i use vpn and to be honest i do not enter any money to my account in Germany, all my funds and transactions is outside, i am doing a legal job and pay taxes in the other countries that my virtual work based of, but for some reason Germany did not allow students to have freelancing jobs so that's why i used VPN & RDP To work

I do not know the point of not allow people doing freelancing while they're studying, even more when you have your degree you should head up to them and tell them that you do want to do freelancing and they should approve it, what a joke this country is to be honest .. i will probably quit after getting my degree ..

Germany is really a mess for international workers. Even if you get a Blue Card (Kinda like 5 year visa when you find a job in your field e.g. mechanical engineer etc), you still are NOT ALLOWED to freelance - Pathetic

Thanks, No crimes or frauds everything is legal i pay taxes in the based country of my virtual work, just need to hide my stuff because they do not allow the freelancing jobs .

Basically no one is allowed to work as a freelancer here.

You will maybe need to open a company if you earn more than 450€ and pay social security.

What if the income you make does not even enter your german bank account ? the accounting is all based out of germany i do not even pay the ads from here just placing products and managing stuff ..

So, you pretend to be in which country? Let me tell you this: there are many people who are freelancing while changing their locations. VPN and Proxies provide this services to freelancers. My advise to such freelancers is always that: Spend a little and get yourself a dedicated proxy - preferably the one that can rotate. ISP Proxies are always the best.
VPN can leak your real IP address, and your freelancing ID can be banned. Post in the marketplace if you were interested in buying a proxy and someone will ping you up.

what is ISP proxies? all i know is normal proxies and isp stand for the company that provide you the net ! i never heard about ISP Proxies, for the case vpn can leak your IP address but you can still visit and do everything because the net company will only know that you use VPN and not what are you doing in it .
