What DR Is good for PBN ?

I got 3 old domains that were my websites:

I plan to make and build more backlinks on them and also get some expired 20+ DA Tumblr blogs and will also build up some blogger and wordpress blogs. What do you think can those 3 pass for PBN ?

I will use Scrapebox, also those with 10+ DR/DA i will take them too as they will be of a help too when i grow them

You'll need to manually check them as so many DA50+ but if you inspect them, you'll see they are actually DA0.

I like expired tumbler but it's so hard to find decent ones in my niche.

Can't say much without checking the backlinks, anchors, history but If it's for link farm or selling links it's ok.
If it's actually a private one for my personal projects, I would pass don't see value with those metrics.
Better to rent some quality pbn links from marketplace.

Better invest in some quality auction domains with powerful RD's.
Buy them directly or use someone like @Nargil
It will cost you more but the results will always amaze you.

There is always a qualitative difference if you check link sellers that charge monthly for pbn links.

Well i don't have much cash to spend that's why I'm using any means possible

My advice will be build your own PBN when you have the right budget.
I have pbn's for my sites that have been doing wonders for years.
The investment is more but it's paid back with results.
Else just rent quality pbn links that will add more value than these domains.

These are 99,99% spam domains, be very careful, always check the history of the domains https://archive.org/

Also, it's pretty easy to manipulate DA/PA.

I know it all might look like "wtf" for beginners, but once you start looking for expired domains daily, you will start seeing things you never paid attention to before and after some time you will literally in a few seconds or minutes get a clear picture of the domain, is it worth something, or not.

Well I made a lot of Quora answers and youtube videos and social media profiles so even now they are getting some traffic

For me the whole point of a private network is to pass lots of authority, seo link juice.
Now if those websites have ranked for whatever keywords it's a good thing and l will definitely consider them to create a money site, but won't consider them for my pbn.

If you go to fb groups you can find Google news approved sites with lots of traffic & high metrics from Ahrefs, MoZ, Maj etc.
People offer guest posts on these sites for as low as $5.
If you investigate the backlinks of these sites you will find thousands of diverse links web2.0, directory links, Google redirects, Google stacks, bookmarks, edu links etc.........

It's just my personal opinion based on the limited data you have provided.
