I would like to know what services there are here on the forum both whitehat and blackhat that can be used to get more jobs.

We are already running Google Ads / Bing Ads where we mainly get our clients. Are there some other tricks here?
Preferably methods that do not harm the company such as blackhat SEO where you are then blocked from the search engine.
