I want to know and to be sure exact location for exact IP,
something to put the IP in and show me the location ( exact location )
every time I search for this (***.***.***.104) IP I got the location of the provider
I need to know that exact location
what should I do

Correct me if I'm wrong but IP's work by area and you can't find the exact coordinates location of somebody with an IP.

thats right i get country and the city of the provider, but not the ip

You get the location from the IP by using some API service.
I am using this one: https://apiip.net/

Just use simple GET call:
https://apiip.net/api/check?ip={ip}&accessKey={your_api_key}

And you will get the response like this:

IP locations are meant to be vague to the general-area that a service is on. The reason being it would be a massive security nightmare if anyone who had an afternoon could just start tracking exact locations based on IP. That's straight-up just doxxing.

I've used the same database. It's fairly accurate as far as I know.

Another site you could use would be https://ipbase.com
Their data quality is excellent, and they provide a very accurate location.

There are many sites that provide IP locations, but they are generally accurate to the city, so if you need more accurate data, you will probably have to contact the police.
