Not sure who made a mistake here. If the design was ordered through BST design service then that's a bad look for the service. Though it's always a bad look for a writing service to use rephrased content on their main infographic

Who in their right mind is buying this content?

For starters, it's not a diplomat (used for individuals that represent their nation) - but diplomate (a person who holds a degree)

And don't even get me started on their FAQ. They claim their TAT is 'abysmal'. The other says it's downright 'awful'.

Sometimes I think I have traversed into a different paradigm of some sort, where the left it right and everything goes the other way.
