Help me. I cannot enter proxy for applications running in the background in Windows.

Hello friends, Is there a software that I can enter a proxy for applications running in the background in Windows? Could be a proxifier-like program. i tried this it doesn't work. Do you know of any program that works like this? Thanks in advance for your help...

There are few options on this:

• If such application have proxy settings then use it (easiest way)
• Setup home/office network to use centralised proxy solution (medium difficulty + some hardware/software familiarity required) - SQUID or something similar
• Change/Hack Windows OS to force entire network traffic thru proxy (advanced level of knowledge required)

2. Setup VM-wide proxy solution of your choice
3. Install/Setup your app that going to be proxied
4. Use it in VM

That's just your preference and you should consider image you have at your disposal. Can be Hyper-v, Oracle VM Box, VM Ware Player, etc.

Youtube and Google are your friends when it comes to search for this topic. Here is a video of how to setup VM with virtual box but I don't know which proxy software you are using so I can't help you with that part. Probably they have video instructions on their page.
