Hello, I have a small list of ecom owners. I organically built this list by creating some free content. I've built enough trust with them.

I've been selling 1 on 1 consulting and services like SEO and PPC to them, but it's not profitable enough. My own analysis is, these ecom owners are mostly wantrepreneurs who don't have marketing budget to hire an agency.

I'm considering if I should sell online courses to them or broken-down SEO services like keyword research or link building.

What could be high tickets to sell to them? Any suggestion would be appreciated!

If they are wantrepreneurs, promote them online money making methods.
Plenty of those to promote, specially those who promote high ticket ones through webinars.

I have over 50k emails from shopify store owners. I wont say who I am. But I will tell you that a good 20% have plenty of money to invest. You just have to sell them over the phone or chat. They will eventually give you all their money.

Coaching and mentoring.

Provide them free analysis report on their present store and tell them you can help to grow their rankings in weeks or months with some cool short info graphics of what your planning.

Or wait for more opinions.

Good Luck :)

100%. Literally everyone business model online is the same, part 1 ( hey sir, your business is crap I promise that for only 100000k I can fix it) part 2 (show fake testimonials ) Part 3 take their money.

Thank you for your suggestions. You guys are the best. I think I should craft my offer better.

Since you say they don't have a large budget for investing, but they still want to achieve great results with their online stores, some educational and consulting courses would be a better choice for them, as from your writing they may not be interested at all for some SEO services. You need to help them first to learn how to make money from stores and get better conversions. That's definitely you can sell more easily to them.

Affiliate marketing helps you in this case. It sometimes gets a bad reputation because of online marketers abusing affiliate marketing by senselessly promoting low-quality products to their audience.
It can, however, be a win-win relationship if done right. You help your audience discover products that can improve the quality of their lives and receive commissions due to your work.
Before you start promoting affiliate products to your email list, you want to answer a couple of basic questions.
Why did your audience sign up to your email list, and what are the common interests they share?
For instance, if your email list consists of mothers with young children hoping to lose weight, you may consider introducing an effective workout program for mothers who are short on time.
