Need help knowing which affiliate program to setup for my silver business

I have a family jewelry business in Thailand and we hired a developer to make it with a Wordpress website.

i just don't know which affiliate program to set up. Since the margins are good, I was thinking it'll good for it, but I don't know much about affiliate programs on wordpres.

Doesn't Ebay require a US account? Or can I open Ebay anywhere in the world?
