Please help Rank and Rent and GA

Hey everyone I am at the start of my rank and rent business and currently ranking in first page for 3 out of 5 keywords
So I think about start trying to rent it out, and that lead me to my questions.
I have problem with understanding the Analytics stats and what I can consider as good values.
What metrics would you expect from a new site ( 1year old), that just 3 month ago climb to first page.
What is consider "average" CTR,bounce rate,page views percent relative to monthly search amount, etc..

I’m going to look at how many people call and request for service (assuming it’s a local business service) per month. That value will tell me if paying to rent it out is worth the investment.

There is no cut and past answer for that. It depends on the demand of the product or service, and how you position yourself vs competitors. In a more granular sense you need to know how consumers who are looking to buy your product or service are thinking. How they make buying decisions. Then frame the website content and UX around that. Easier said than done of course…

Do you mean that the OP should focus on the analytics of CTA button (how many times people click/call CTA button) ? Or should OP sell the leads instead of rent out the web?
