That is a known issue @Zwielicht let us know awhile back. It "should" be re-added.

All paid members can add up to 25 folders. You simply hit the New folder button. If this functionality isn't working for you please raise a ticket with support.

Search by phrase or phrase or keyword isn't currently available in conversations. It's a feature we're considering for the future.
