Hi everyone. Recently, I wanted to try and produce an application that could take a keyword, search for articles, and automatically post them to WordPress. I originally was going to charge for this app, however I decided that I'd release it for free. At the moment I'm only releasing it for BHW members. There is no activation/serial or password required.

At the moment, there aren't very many sites searched in the keyword search feature, but I plan on adding more. I'd also like your thoughts on this

Just the usual Symantec 'suspicious' knee-jerk. I understand (I have NAV) that's usually because hundreds of people using NAV haven't reported it as 'OK'. YMMV.

That's the actual executable file. Same results, basically. I'm pretty sure Symantec says everything is "suspicious" to cover their ass.

I should probably test out my apps on more than one computer, haha.

I uploaded a revised copy and edited the download link in the first page. It turns out I forgot to include the theme library in the final executable. This copy *should* work, but once again I haven't tested it on anything other than Vista x64.

Where exactly do I point the URL? I couldn't put the url of my homepage, so where exactly? I was able to copy and paste an article (after some re-writing) and post that way which is still ok.
Overall it looks pretty darn good!

You have to point it the the URL of the XMLRPC file. I was in the middle of writing a routine to detect the XMLRPC file automatically, but I opted to release it instead.

Also, make sure you enable XMLRPC writing under "Settings -> Writing" in the administration panel.

Does this do any level of rewrite at all, or is it straight republish to your blog? I guess you could use some of the rewrite plugins for wordpress to take care of it for you if it does not.

Nope, this is just straight to the blog. I'm in the process of writing a larger piece of software for overall WordPress blog management, so I may include a rewrite portion.
