Does it allow to copy someones service on BHW?

I would like to ask something.

Is there any business ethics on BHW?

Does it allowed on BHW to copy someone's service exactly same the other member providing.

I saw other guy copied my website exactly same & start selling service what i am selling at less price.

I don't have problem with his service but he copied my website exactly i have developed for my users.

If it's good than let me know.

My Answer
I am not that Guy, Copy Cats only can copy business & services can't deliver what original one delivering. The quality work will be always different because he don't know if's and buts of that business & service but the original one knows because he spent his time & knowledge to researched the things and convert into business & service.

But it's about signatures so not sure about the rest. Like services.

I don't have problem with service but it's look like he pretending like me by the service & order panel i have customized for our buyers. We are still trying to improve our user experience but now thinking to leave as it is for BHW users because people start copying everything here it's good to deliver best thing for outer world atleast they don't copy everything.

We don't have any rules specifically against a seller copying another seller's website or sales thread.

The reason for this is because it's not as easy to define how much is too much when something is "copied". For instance, we've had some sellers here report their competitors because they feel their BST title was copied because they both used the same emojis.

On the other hand, if some guy signs up to BHW with the username "SocialPracharak", copies your sales graphic and website down to the letter, and then claims he's you; well, that's a definitely a problem as he's misleading buyers on the forum. In this situation, you can report and one of our marketplace staff members will review the issue and take action against the copy-cat.

Perhaps it would be useful to have a rule in place to prevent this, so we can look into how to word this that wouldn't result in a bunch of "he copied me because his sales graphic uses red as the background" reports.

1. Spoofed & impersonation services are prohibited.
   • Services falsely claiming to be associated with another service will be rejected or closed if already live.
   • BHW marketplace staff will be the sole arbiters of any reports regarding this rule.

Marketplace rules 1-3 were consolidated as well.
