I just found a verified account that spams rewritten comments and possibly gives them a boost from bot likes. Is there a tool that does this?

A verified account will not risk with spam. He might me correct on saying that his friends did that.

Except that video is weeks old and the channel's still spamming? Actually, just 2 hours ago I came across it again on a new video. Also it seems this channel was bought then purged. There's no videos except that one

Idk but seems it's baiting people into checking his channel out. I mean, even I opened in and proceeded to watch the video on it. That vid has 1m views now

He is doing it with a private bot, it is very expensive to do what he is doing just for spamming.
