You can do it with Python and:

from pyrogram import Client

get the chat id:

a = self.Group_ChatID.id

scrape like this:

members = app.iter_chat_members(chat_id)

and iterate members

for member in members:
try:
user_id = member.user.username
# save it to any txt
except:
pass
