Chinese phone number?

Has anyone the experience to purchase and own a chinese mobile phone number outside from China?

I've looking at plenty of services, including PVA, but I cannot find any that offers specifically this service.

I need to use this phone for many generic and corporate services that require PVA (not the classic ones, like Weibo/QQ) and do not accept outside China phones

yes, but seems only available in China.
I know some people buy ID cards / phone numbers from old people in rural areas. but I don't know where to buy and how to do that even I'm a Chinese.

Every people can have total up to 5 numbers from different telecom providers. So you can ask your family to help you if more needed.

but for bulk number such as hundreds, even thousands ..... I don't know too!

Most Chinese services require a phone number issued by a Chinese carrier tied to a real ID, so true long-term ownership outside China is rare
