Looking for Solution to get 10/10 mail test score.
I have configured DKIM , DMARC , SPF all valid .
What LTD should I choose?
Domain age make domain suspicious?
Hosted mail server is not blacklisted.

Go with digital ocean, and the things you mentioned are logical steps you need to solve each and every one like spf , DKIM , DMARC , etc.,
TDL choose .com
domain age makes stronger in emailing.

No, IP address reputation is what matters.

Hosted mail server is not blacklisted.

You can host your own mail server and gain a reputation over time by warming up.

No, IP address trust score is what counts. Domain name can be registered today and will have the same results if using a reputable IP address for smtp.

FROM_FMBLA_NEWDOM - you can ignore it, it's for new domains but as I said, only IP reputation will have a heavier impact on your setup. This marking will go away within 30 days starting from your domain registration date.
