Quick intro :
Hey guys, im a frequent reader of BHW but i was too lazy to create an account. But today something weird happened so i decided to post my 1st thread.

I know that tons of people there are using Njal.la domain provider. I also found this provider here in a thread, when searching for a provider that takes BTC.

NJAL.LA Suspending & stealing domains :

I have 21 domains with them. NONE OF MY SITES ARE BLACKHAT. 80% are SEO blogs, 20% are e-commerce (nothing illegal/weird/blackhat/brand copies/ nothing. All legal stuff. Just sometimes i copy/paste competitors description and pictures for ecom.)

A few weeks ago i woke up with my shopify dashboard at 0$, website was still UP, but domain was down, like all my domains with them. It wasn't my host, Njal.la just decided to change all my DNS, back to theirs and suspending my account.
I can still connect to my njal account but i can't do nothing, no action, not even transfering my domain to another provider. They disabled all functions.

Create a ticket ? Yes of course i did it. one ticket everyday for a week. None answered. Now it has been more than 3 weeks, still not answered. My ecommerce store was my main income online. Selling 100% legal products (Abs workout device, like tons of people online)

DMCA ? Illegal activity on my domain ? Maybe njal sent me an email before about an issue ?
As specified, i am not into blackhat. The worst thing im doing is copying the text and pictures from competitors (dropshippers, so i don't even copy big companies...) . I am selling abs workout device, pure dropshipping, my store has 3.8/5 on trustpilot.
Didn't get any DMCA email, any njal.la email, n o t h i n g.

After searching online, i saw that starting the end of 2021, they did the EXACT SAME THING to different people. Here you can see it :

So anyone using Njal.la beware of what is happening. They will even insult you in the ticket (if you're lucky enough to have an answer, i didn't even have one)

If you're not using the domains for blackhat niches, then why are you using njal? Why not namecheap, godaddy, or any other domain providers? Just curious why you choose them over the other domain registrar.
godaddy steals domains as well and there have been 2 threads on bhw of people that got their domains stolen from namecheap.

I need to bring attention that njal.la is doing this stuff regularly I lost 3 domains so far. If you make worth with value domain they will take you.
As per contact from personal experience the best way is to buzz them on twitter directly and annoy them.

An easy option for paying by crypto possibly.

What is the point to take your domains, if they do not making any profit from it?

I have no idea, thats so weird. Maybe someone else will let us know the answer

Do you use 2 factor authentication ?
I don't, but my account hasn't been hacked, account is working, but all functions are disabled. I can't do no action at all.

2 clics to get a domain, accepting crypto, privacy protected
I have Namecheap too, and i'll definately only use them from now.

Buzz them on ttwitter and they'll simply block you with no answer, someone already tried,
But thanks for the tip, it looks like it isnt working anymore

Shinjiru is good but only if the use china domain registrars, I think they cover com with china.
Rest extensions are under Njal.la and Internetbs so be carefull.

Can anyone confirm if njal.la is really this bad? I still hear many positive things from them and it seems that they're only rude if the users are using their domains for activity they don't agree with
