When I connect the channel to monetization, I tried to redirect traffic through playlists from my big channell and get income. But all the money was deducted and my adsense was banned.
If I connect to the media network on the new channel, will the money be debited?

How is that possible? You probably did some sketchy stuff with that playlist, like misleading content or sexual thumbnails etc.
