Two things

1) May not work as well with multi country level domain like blogspot.in, blogspot.com.jp, maybe because google only wants to index pages on the .com version of that domain? not sure.
2) It does not work to get existing pages RE-INDEXED. I'm working with him on skype right now for a method for re-indexing.

He is very responsive via skype.

FYI GUYS
OP figured out a way to get existing pages re-indexed also.
We tested 20 or so of my links and all except 1 got re-indexed.
Will be placing more orders!
