Hi, does using USA Sim card and it's 4G/5G internet outside USA still have USA IP? I'm planning to create 4g/5g proxies with them. Thanks!

Yes, it's still under USA IP but you have to subscribe oversea 4G/5G usage

Yes, you're right but under one condition i.e. subscribe to oversea usage. You can subscribe by calling the customer services of the respective ISP. However, this will cost you much. You might want to try re-selling proxies. If you can find competitive proxies, it will be cheap for you to just re-sell instead of paying the oversea fee.
