I tried but i am a newbie with no idea. I need someone to guide me.
So you try to study this area first, and then ask how to create. you do not understand anything, but already ready to create such a site.

The adult business have changed forever since a few years back. It's really hard nowdays when they're free full length videos is every corner of the web.

No one is going to write a guide for this and frankly it's not happening. You're not going to pull it off as a modern site, one that people want to visit, involves multiple servers around the globe as a CDN, you're going to need to know Linux, how to install things like PHP 7.4, IonCube Loader, Mysql, FFmpeg with libx264, libavfilter and AAC codec (libfaac, libfdk_aac or native ffmpeg aac codec), ImageMagick (with WebP support), cURL, use of Wget, setup Apache with mod_rewrite (-MultiViews), setup Youtube-dl or Yt-dlp if you need video grabbers, setup Memcached module, edit PHP.ini, setup multiple resolutions to be encoded, how to backup all the data, how to map the data over multiple drives... to name a small list of the skills you will require as no one is going to visit a WordPress site often enough.
Then when you've spent months making that work, because even an experienced computer nerd would likely need a few days, you'll have the problem of marketing. You can't just buy ads, you aren't likely to have exclusive content, so why visit you over pornhub? Add to that the CPM absolutely blows, so you got to figure out things like how much, exactly, does one visitor on average cost you vs the amount you actually get from them.
It sounds like you want easy money, you missed that boat by a good 20 years. Porn these days is a highly competitive niche, and with every highly competitive niche the barriers to entry get higher and the profits decline.

You can do on wordpress easily dude... I have a friend who has a porn website and he is as stupid with tech than me.
He is nontheless a marketer and knows his strenghts... he can market his content, which is quite different than any other site around because he paid the content and ALSO he found the way to monetise his site properly, not with stupid ads.

I think you've got the wrong idea about how BHW works. You don't get help unless you've spent hours reading and learning. Your question is similar to "how to make money online"

Agreed, there a lot money to be made in adult and gambling niche.
The seo is tough for these 2 niche though. Overall tough niches.

this is all but true, porn is so hard to do these days, but not to say you cannot succeed, but you need to first educate yourself before you dive in this.

Porn is not different than other tube site in another niche... like my friend who upload celebrities concerts...
Same structure...
Trafic might come from different channels but at the end it's sending people to your tube site.
It's not harder than something else if you have a niche which is not saturated.
