Hello guys,

I was doing really well in Facebook Marketplace selling shoes with a good amount of positive reviews from happy customers. But all of a sudden Facebook decided to disable my Marketplace for absolutely no reason. Got 3 chance to apeal and got permanently disabled. I asked to show me what I did which went agaist the TOS but they kept on responding with a copy paste message which more or less says that my account is disabled and can't be enabled anymore.

I don't get it.

What can I do? My business relied on the marketplace. Now I have nothing else to do as other methods like FB ads are not giving good results like marketplace did.

Bros forget about that account, you can buy an old facebook account and start all over again, notting can revive that account. Start building another marketplace.

You might be selling some Big Brand shoes.
No I am selling local shoes nobody knows their name as they doesn't exist anywhere else.

Thanks for the suggestion mate but I was using the Facebook Ads service via marketplace to reach many audiences.

It's part of the game with Facebook Marketplace. People don't break any rules end up getting locked out of MP or their account ends up getting disabled so it's pretty much random. Create new accounts and warm them up. I don't really recommend buying aged accounts as those get disabled faster than new accounts from my experience. Also don't bother sending any messages, you'll just be wasting your time as you'll never get ahold of a real person doing it that way.

facebook blocking accounts for no reason is a very common thing, it may be because facebook is mistaken, you should create yourself more accounts

Yeah, due to their mistake we have to suffer even though we are not going against their TOS.

Not only that I my account is even real ID verified but yet they decided to block my Marketplace and I have asked 3 times to show me what I did was wrong and 3 times they couldn't show any instead block me permanently

Mark just doesn't want you in the billionaires circle. Its nothing personal.
:)

I am about to purchase a FB marketplace account with shipping option enabled for $350... Seems like I shouldn't? How many accounts do you currently have? :)

Also may I ask what does the warm up process look like? and how long it takes? Also if you have used your SSN on the old account, would you use it again on the new accounts?

Don't waste time with this account, if they don't respond it means it's lost forever.
Get a new account in the BHW marketplace with the Facebook marketplace open.

Out of curiosity, are you actively selling on Facebook marketplace?

FB bans can be totally random, even with selling totally legit products. Happened to me.
I'd say just move on and get a new account.

Facebook is always unstable and you can't expect mercy from them. Prepare backup accounts, set up multiple brands is better

I bought loads of Marketplace accounts in the past and all of them were disabled sooner or later. Make sure to warmup the account really well before you even think about posting anything in the martketplace. Also I'm not sure if $350 is a good price or not. I don't know, I've never used the shipping options on MP.

Oh I see. If you didn’t use the shipping option then why did you need the FB marketplace?

So in my country it's possible to send a product to a customer and they pay the mailman when the package is in their hands then I get the money sent to my bank account sometimes they'll just make a direct deposit into my bank account right away. The product wasn't that expensive so people were more trusting. I did this to avoid having my FB account frozen or disabled with money in it plus I don't trust them with my money only for their traffic.
