is it harmful to reg mixed domains?

It's hard to explain with this title so i am shooting an example: carental.com

The original name is car rental but domain is with a missing "R" letter. it's still covering car and rental keywords in it.

I got a domain name to reg like this but i am not sure if it's harmful for seo aspects. Can anyone give me an advice if it's good to go and reg it or just should i search for an other?

Rental will never be a Ental , But in terms of SEO you can do anything (if you can spend that much with rental keywords)

it doesn't really matter... you can register cucoca.com and it can be anything.
Before Google... barely anybody knew word "googol"... ok, barely anybody knows it now.

yeah sure all the way content is the king but i anyhow keywords also is kinda important factor imo.
