Can not able to index on Bing

Last few days I run 4+ site with fresh domain, but I am not able to index them on Bing.I try to forcely Index by bing webmaster and bing index now plugin, but it did not work for me. How can I index New domain on Bing?

Bing likes links so build a few decent links.

PS: please do NOT use automated links on your money sites.

Steps to Submit a Site to Bing ,

• Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Select the appropriate website if you have more than one.
• From the menu, choose Configure My Site > Submit URLs.
• Type or paste in the URLs you want to submit for indexing from the website, one per line.
• Click Submit.

If your domains are new you could check the domain history or the wayback machine to see what the owner before you has done with the domain. (penalty)
