Have you scan the social media to know that fb is where your cusmers are?
If truly your product is real good and is the solution to there problems, they will go for it and you will get easy followers and likes

This is a business, you have to take a risk, try and budget for week ads as the starting, run the ads and see the reaction of the people.

What do you mean by like quality. It's just for customer of my website. I want them to go on my page see 1000 like and say to themselves "okay I can trust this guy let's buy"

Your first ad should be a page likes campaign. run it worldwide & get a few hundred likes before you start your real ads.

Don't worry about the likes or followers your page has. Post some posts on FB page, some images on Instagram and it would be enough. The key to success in FB ads is the product. If the product is strongly related to people they'll buy it without a doubt. The second key is the ad and its angle.

if you run a conversion campaign it won't affect. When a customer clicks on your ad, it will be redirected to your website. running a message campaign will be affected. if you have a certain amount of likes and followers. You will be more trusted. also influence the purchasing decision.
