no idea, my friend! It could be a new google update... or maybe issues with your site (malware, hacks, technical errors)... I really don't know

It depends what you're doing. For your keywords, go to the 1st page, and analyze the websites ranking. Check their referring links, DA/PA, TF, etc. Also, check their content for on-page SEO. Aim to not only mimic their on-page SEO/backlinks, but improve upon it.
I won't directly say that will help with the dance, but over time when you rank again, you'll rank higher.

For me a dance is that it goes up and down all the time and not down and stays there for several days. I never had it like that before. But that does not mean that it is not possible.
