I work with a photographer who does this. Be clear what you're in it for. If you're just doing it to hook up, it may be more trouble than it's worth. OF girls can be extremely unreliable when it comes to content, and many of them abruptly stop doing it after 4-6 months, so you need to have a funnel of new girls coming in to replace the old ones.
If you don't have the systems in place to get new girls and get deliverables, in addition to having the marketing chops to promote them, don't get into it.

I don't think it's your best shot to search on these type of forums. If finding a model is a roadblock, maybe this isn't the business for you, but anyway, there are tons of models who struggle and are looking for management. I suggest getting a girl who's already familiarized with sex work to skip all the training process and initial investment in toys, outfits, setup etc. Twitter, Instagram, as well as adult platforms, all make a great way to search. You'll need however a sales pitch, website(preferably) and social proof.

I always thought this would be a good idea but the two problems I see are:
1. Where do you find the girls? I was thinking Insta or Snapchat but it still might be difficult finding them
2. The bank account information and making sure they actually send the money...etc

I think once you find the model that as long as you provide value (helping them rank, getting new real followers) that it may be easier to work with them because they see you as a partner instead of a digital pimp.

What does anyone else think?
