I have used some SMM panels that provide Youtube views from suggested, social different sources how do they do this?
what do you think they use bots to send suggested views?

its like a URL trick. instead of clicking onto a suggested video on the right side. it replaces that videos URL with yours.
so its like a referrer in a way.
there's no benefit in these types of views, as real suggested count as impressions, and these don't increase ctr.

but in the Analytics it shoes a "suggested view"?

yes, it shows as a suggested view in the analytics. but they don't increase ctr or count as impressions. external high retention views would be better than these.

is there any trick to do this multiple times to get bulk suggested views on video or just they are using bots to do the same in bulk with all videos and that's why they send suggested very fastly

They collect your cache / cookie what you interested in. Include browser, and history. Or maybe some of them are ads.
