This website https://www.hitc.com/ has tonnes of blogspot backlinks and these blogspot backlinks aren't normal they have around 30-60 DR. And when I searched for one of these blogspot backlinks, let's say http://plakatlogamemas.blogspot.com/ now this link also has backlinks on blogspot sites with DR 30-60.
I am confused by looking at this. I have some questions regarding this.

1. Does this helps in ranking? or just increases the metrics numbers like DR and DA, PA.
2. How to do this? Looks like some tools are being used because I don't think it can be done manually.

I think you're basically describing web2.0 links

they worked really well in the past but its not clear if they still do. from google's perspective its not difficult to identify these sorts of linkbuilding schemes.
 
I've seen some sites ranking with shitload of blogspots.
There was a thread about it, can't be arsed to search for it.
TBH, there have been times where I actually wanted to hire somebody to get many blogspots; I know link sellers will say "bad idea" and it is a bad idea.
 
Yeh I've also seen this recently. A sort of blogspot link wheel sort of thing.

Also, I found another couple of sites doing the same thing and scoring 1m+ traffic too.

My conclusion is if this shit is done in a smart way, it works great. But it's not just the links, the whole setup I mean. Mass keyword stuffed content, aggressive blogspot spam, on page technical 100%

Are they stopping us registering old blogs now.

Found one more fotolog.com. I don't think they are optimising for anchor text just spamming the naked urls.
 
One of my websites have been recently hit by tons of backlinks like these and there is no doubt that that guy was creating millions of blogs automatically. I ended disabling the whole blogspot.com domain in order to avoid any negative issues.

Did you experience any positive or any negative effect or just disabled all links from blogspot.com?
 
My sites and all competitors were targeted by those spam links.

I disavow all of them and it did nothing.
