Fb restricted my authority to run ads until I send them an id photo to confirm my identity. Do you know how long can it take? I sent the photo yesterday.

Its their policy, before you start running an ADs you have to verify your FB account.
It depends it might take up to 12hour sometimes or more.

The reason was suspecious activity... Isn't for the first time it happened 3 times last year ...
Just a matter of time now... Do you know if I can get in touch somehow asking to prioritize the review? I kinda need it now and on google I saw it can take up to 45 days due to covid...

It may take a few hours or a few days. But if it takes too long, facebook doesn't reply, then maybe they don't accept your picture.

It will take about 24-48 hours for facebook to confirm your identity
It also depends on how busy they are, so 72 hours is not out of the ordinary.
