The only issue you may encounter is with certain providers like Cloudflare, that may detect your "suspicious" activity. Therefore you will need to solve captchas in order to go in and backlink

But if you do it manually, it won't be a hassle, therefore, you don't need proxies (unless, you plan to create a ton of links in certain specific sites, which include account creation, they may detect your activity, and ban you complete, which is common, for example in forums)
