Hello, Can you please suggest to me a hosting company that allows sending mass emails without banning accounts after getting spam complaints?

This requires experience to be done properly. You will most likely waste your money and more importantly time

This. It's not so much about the server you use (although a crappy one will hold you back obviously), you need to make sure your setup is on-point. As a starting point make sure you know how to configure SPF, DKIM & DMARC correctly, if you don't know what you're doing on this front then the choice of server is irrelevant really.

Are you talking about the setup to reach inbox or what? There is no big investment except the server cost right? am I wrong?

I am indeed, the vast majority of your mails will bounce without the correct setup. That part will only cost you financially if you have to hire someone to do it.

Yes, I send mass emails and I am sure about the service but you still need to set up everything correctly and follow best practices in sending emails.

I know how to set up those records. Are there any hidden secrets?

Ok, thanks. Do they also ignore DMCA complaints?

Yes you're wrong, The only recommend I can give is, find a bulletproof service, it helps, but more cost.

Mailchimp and Aweber will suspend the account at the first complaint.

It's a long process and you'll need to dedicate some time to learn how to do it correctly.

You'll need a domain name and setup DNS records properly.
Setup an SMTP server with PoweMTA.
Setup an EMS application for mailing like Mumara or MailWizz.
Clean your list from bounces and spam-traps.
Warmup your server.
Segment your list openers and clickers.

There are other points to consider, unsubscribers, fbl, spam reports...
