I got a few web2.0 blogs that have traffic and are monetized already (affiliate, Adsense etc...)

My plan is,

1. build links to the web 2.0s
2. build another wp (money site)
3. put the link of money site to all the web2.0s

so what I am planning to do is making those web2.0s PBN or link exchange. (not clear I am right or wrong)

my question is,

1. does this work?
2. if so, Do I have to use proxies and remove all the footprints?

I never done a serious link building nor pbn so your help would be appreicated!

It won't do wonders just by itself. Consider that those 2.0 alone, don't have any linking power at all
Don't call it a "web2.0 PBN". Webs 2.0 is a thing, PBN is another

You can use proxies and all that specially if you are planning to create a ton of sites in blogger site with Google accounts. But in other 2.0 platforms, is not necessary as far as you don't register them in GSC

Well, you actually can build web2 PBN but it's hard. Basically, you need to find expired web2's with good backlinks but it's almost impossible to find anything decent now.
Time to time, I scrape bing for deleted tumblrs but lately... practically no luck
